These terms and conditions are applicable to all contracts for the provision of services to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.
No variation of these terms and conditions is accepted by Flirtina Events unless agreed in advance in writing or arranging with the Owner/Founder.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
All written quotations will be valid for 7 days from date of enquiry. Booking enquiries may be provisionally held for longer however, Flirtina Events will continue to produce quotations for future clients. We can not guarantee that your date will be available after these 7 days. Flirtina Events bookings are on a first come first served basis. To confirm booking please pay deposit or quotation via: bank transfer to Flirtina Events.
The balance of event is due 14 days before date of the service/event provided by Flirtina Events except where approved customers hold accounts.
Those accounts not paid in full to the company before the due date will incur interest charges at the maximum prevailing rate currently allowed by virtue of section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 or other appropriate legislation. All outstanding payments due to Flirtina Events after 30 days will be passed to Solicitors where further action will be taken. In the event of expenses being incurred to retrieve the monies due, including interest, legal and court fees the debtor/client will be responsible for the payment of all such expenses and fees.
BOOKING DEPOSITS are not transferable (Unless discussed with Flirtina Events and approved via email) or refundable. Full payment is required if Flirtina Events have not received 28 days notice via email.
You must be over 18 years old to book Flirtina Events services
The minimum charge for staff hire is 3 hours for bar staff or 3 sets for entertainers.
Where a Justices’ License is required at an Event, (Pay bars) the Client is responsible for obtaining the appropriate License for the Event and a copy forwarded to Flirtina Events, Unless otherwise arranged with your Events Manager.
Travel is charged for mobile bars, glassware and each member of staff you have hired. Only one way is charged per mile, when we issue a quote we calculate the staff travel from the nearest major city that we have staff located in. If we need to allocate staff from further afield due to staff not being available from that major city on your chosen date, the staff travel charge will increase and be added to your balance payment.
ACCESS (PARKING, LOADING & UNLOADING)
Parking is required for all events and must be provided by the client, as any car park fees, toll roads or congestion fees will also be charged to the client, for vehicle registration number please contact your account manager.
Suitable access for both unloading and loading the van must be provided as close to the event location as possible. Bars can NOT be carried up or down more than 5 stairs, lifts must be available for use. Doorway’s need to be a minimum of 900mm. For Outside events, suitable flooring or walkways must be provided to roll bars over. Bars can not be wheeled over gravel or grass. If you have any queries regarding your event location please contact your Event Manager.
Our Staff are all trained to ensure that they have the appropriate skills to deliver what services have been agreed for your event. Our Staff are all individuals with their own style and are not directly representative of other Flirtina Events Staff.
All Flair Bartenders are of working flair standard minimum and will perform a minumum of 3 minutes flair routine during an event.
Entertainment Staff are eligable to stop performing under dangerous & abusive circumstances or if the performance times are not agreed as on the booking form.
Flirtina Events has Full Public Liability, Product Liability & Employer’s Liability Insurance. Copies of certificates are available on request. For clients providing their own equipment (bar, glassware or bartending tools), stock and/or staffing, the above insurance is not valid. We advise the client/venue seek additional cover for any equipment, stock or staff not provided by Flirtina Events.
Flirtina Events shall not be liable for any delay, loss or cancellation of Goods arising from contingencies beyond their control.
In the event of an emergency or any problems occuring durring an event, it is crucial that the client contact Flirtina Events within 48 hours of the event date, in order for us to take any neccesary action.
